Nedra S. (Owen) Dugan, age 82, passed away on Tuesday October 3, 2023.

Rosary, 7pm, Fri, Oct 6. Funeral Mass, 10:30am, Sat Oct, 7 BOTH at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Clonmel.

Nedra was born on Friday, June 13, 1941, to her parents, Wayne E. Owen and Vera Mae (McLain) Owen. She was united in marriage to Daniel A. Dugan on Aug 8, 1959 in Arkansas City, KS.

Preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Vera (McLain) Owen.

Survivors: husband, Dan Dugan, of Viola; daughter, Dana (Jim) Youngers of Viola;  son, Curtis (Casey) Dugan of Wichita; sister, Elizabeth “Betty” (James) Hutchison of Wichita; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
