Memorial Service, 10:30am, Monday, June 26 at Haysville Christian Church, 1306 W. Grand Ave, Haysville.

Survivors: children, Aisha (Jay) Puzio of Sandwich, MA, Natasha (Jesse) Shain of Wichita; grandchildren, Isabel, Chloe, Levin, Gigi, Sloan, Stella; parents, Merle and Carolyn Souders; siblings, Darci (Steve) Richardson of Haysville, Brad (Melinda) Souders of Wichita.
