June M. (Abbott) Finney

June Marie (Abbott) Finney of Clearwater, KS, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully the evening of April 19, 2023.

Memorial Services, 10am, Saturday May 6, 2023, at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary Chapel, Clearwater. 

June was born on June 12, 1944 to Pearl Irene and Harold Eugene Abbott.  She was one of 13 children. June is preceded in death by her husband, Aaron “Chub” Finney; her son, Benjamin (J) Finney; brothers, Robert Eugene Stewart (Ruby), James Allan Stewart, Gerald George Stewart, Donald Larry Stewart, and Junior “Carl” Helton; sisters, Betty Jean Finney (Lonnie), Joanne May Stewart, Ruth Janet Abbott, Joyce Helen Abbott, Dorothy Kay Abbott, Marcella Louise Helton, and Bonnie Jean Helton.

June is survived by her son, Aaron “Chip” Finney (Debbie); daughter-in-law, Christy Finney; grandchildren, Nicole Taylor (Shane), Levi Coykendall,  Valeen Palmer (Scot), Tiffany Kramer (Ryan), Benjamin Finney (Amanda), Brooke Mauer (Mark); great-grandchildren, Jayson, Elizabeth, Lane, Jaxton, Aniston, Ashton, Paiton, Zoey, J, Bailey, Aubree, and Kaden.  She will have one more great grandchild joining the family in May. 

During her amazing 78 years of life, June touched many lives. She brought so much love, laughter, and joy into the world and will be greatly missed.
