Helen C. (Cathy) Cummings, age 84, ret. Kreonite Industries Photographic Equip. Assembler, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021. 

Visitation with family, 9-11am, with Memorial Service following at 11:30am, Friday, September 10, BOTH at Shinkle Mortuary, Haysville.

Preceded by parents, Joseph M. and Leona C. (Aufleger) Traffas, and husband of 61 years, Connell L. Cummings. Helen was born on Wednesday, September 23, 1936 in Sharon, Kansas, the second child born to Joseph M. Traffas and Leona C. (Aufleger) Traffas.  She was united in marriage to Connell Lee Cummings on May 5, 1956 in Wichita KS. Survivors: children, Michelle Cummings and Kevin Lee (Denise) Cummings, all of Wichita; grandchildren, Michael Anthony (Maria) Birmingham, Gavin Lee Lucas, Christina Leigh (Matthew) Terrell, Courtney Marie Cummings, Kimberly Lee (Frank) Hopkins; great-grandchildren, Damon Birmingham, Devin Birmingham, Gage Lee Lucas, Addison Michelle Lucas, Norah Jane Terrell, Lawson Samuel Terrell.
