Grant was born on Saturday, February 8, 1936 in Manhattan, KS. Grant was second of four boys born to Franklin Henry Fox and Valasta Mae (Conley) Fox.
He was united in marriage on December 24, 1977 to Cherlyn Elizabeth Jacobs in Wichita, KS
Preceded by his wife, Cherlyn; parents, Franklin and Valasta Mae (Conley) Fox; son, Keith Fox; brothers, James and John Fox. Survivors: daughters, Debbie Hamilton of Milton; Pam Fox of Peoria, AZ; sons, Grant Fox, Jr, of Wichita, Curtis Fox of Tempe, AZ; brother, Delbert Fox of Cambridge, KS; step-son, Brian Traffas of Arkansas City, KS; 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
