Debra Thome

Debbie Thome, 67, passed away on April 3, 2023 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Debbie was born on November 23, 1955 to Roman and Helen (Winter) Thome. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Bill Thome. Survivors: siblings, Gary Thome of Clearwater, Larry (Judy) Thome of Clearwater, Karen (Mike) Dreiling of Goddard, Jolene (Steve) Toman of Goddard, Diane (Greg) Seiler of Goddard, 11 nephews and 7 nieces.

Debbie grew up on the family farm near Schulte, KS; attended St. Peter Catholic Grade School and graduated in 1973 from Bishop Carroll High School. She enjoyed sports, traveling and loved animals. Before retiring she was a medical software customer support representative for Harris Healthcare, formerly Pulse Systems, Inc.

Rosary will be Monday, April 10, 2023 at 10:00 am followed by Funeral Mass at 10:30 am at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, Schulte. Services will be officiated by Fr. Nicholas Voelker. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter’s Catholic School, 11000 SW Blvd, Wichita, KS 67215 in memory of Debbie Thome.
