Goddard - C. Allene (Howell) Caywood, age 86, homemaker, loving mother to nine living children, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Visitation, 1-5pm, Sunday, with family present, 1:30-3pm, Webb-Shinkle Mortuary, Clearwater. Services, 10am, Monday, Central Community Church, 6100 W. Maple, Wichita.

Allene was born on Sunday, May 21, 1933 in Clearwater, Kansas. She was the second oldest of seven children born to George Victor and Amanda Mae (Kunkel) Howell. She was united in marriage to Henry Delbert “H.D.” Miller on November 10, 1950. He preceded her in death on September 25, 1994. She found love again and was united in marriage to Thomas Eugene Caywood on September 24, 2014 in Wichita, Kansas.
