Hilda was born on Friday, August 4, 1933 in Benton, Kansas to her parents, John William Harder and Margaret Doris Fenimore Harder.
Hilda was preceded in death by her parents, John and Margaret (Fenimore) Harder; step-father, Ivan Gale; husbands, F. Dale Ely and Paul Wayman; siblings, John Harder, Bud Harder, Susann Cooper. Marie was born on Wednesday, September 29, 1926 in Wichita, Kansas, to her parents, Clyde E. Holt and Catherine Virginia Kelly Holt. She was united in marriage on November 4, 1949 in Newkirk, OK to Roy Clarence "Joe" Thompson, Sr.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Catherine (Kelly) Holt; husband, Roy “Joe” Thompson, Sr; brothers, James Holt, Charles Schaefer; sisters, Helen Hardin, Doris Williams, Nadine Grinstead. Betty J. (Zandler) Jerrick, age 72, of Belle Plaine, Kansas, after a long battle with breast cancer, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2012. Rosary will be held Sunday, November 25, 2012, at 7 PM; Funeral Mass Monday 10 AM, both at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Mulvane, Kansas.
Betty was born on Wednesday, July 3, 1940 in Wichita, Kansas. She was the youngest of two children born to her parents Alfred Peter Zandler and Alma Ruth Maechtlen Zandler.
She was united in marriage to James "Jim" Jerrick on November 5, 1960 in Wichita.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, James. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jim; children, Ron and Renee Jerrick of Belle Plaine, Lori and Kyle Kelting of Amarillo, Texas, and Rod and Kristin Jerrick of Inman, Kansas. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kevin and his wife, Sissy Jerrick, Kim, Kenton, Brett, and Tyler Jerrick, Derick and Haley Kelting.

Mauricia was born on Saturday, June 20, 1914 in Clearwater, Kansas. She was one of two children born to her parents, Thomas Lewis Jamieson and Edna Earle (Critzer) Jamieson. She was united in marriage on December 23, 1944 in Bainbridge, Maryland to Meredith Granger Pipkin.
Preceded in death by her husband, Meredith Pipkin; parents, Thomas and Edna (Critzer) Jamieson; brother, Dr. Gordon Jamieson. Survivors: children, Gayle Sears of Crownsville, MD, Susan (Cle) Alexander of Andover, J.D. Maxine (Darling) Hockett, age 94, of Clearwater, retired Owner and Operator of Maxine’s Beauty Shop, passed away Monday, October 15, 2012. Visitation, 9am-7pm, Thursday, October 18, 2012, with family present, 5-6:30pm, at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary. Services, 10:30am, Friday, October 19, 2012, First Christian Church.
Maxine Hockett was born on Wednesday, March 27, 1918 in Wichita, Kansas. She was the oldest of three children born to her parents, Ivan Frank Darling and Mattie Murphy Kanatzar. She started school in Wichita schools and later, they moved to Augusta and Benton. At the age of 10, they moved to Clearwater Schools. She graduated from Clearwater High School in 1935. After high school, she went on to attend vocational school in 1938. From 1939-1942 she owned and operated a beauty shop in the former Odd Fellows Building in Clearwater. In 1955, she returned to operate a shop through 1979 where Bales Pharmacy is now located on Ross St. She retired in 1979.
Maxine was united in marriage to Gilbert Claude “Hank” Hockett on July 29, 1942 in Pratt, Kansas. They made their first home in Clonmel before moving into Clearwater in 1947. He preceded her in death on December 19, 1988.
Maxine was a lifetime member of the First Christian Church in Clearwater. She was also a member of the Clearwater Golden Chain. She enjoyed gardening, needlework, and quilting.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert “Hank” Hockett; parents, Ivan and Mattie (Kanatzar) Darling; step-father, Maurice Turpin; brother, Ivan Verne Darling. Survivors: sons, James (Pat) Hockett of Topeka, Claude (Barbara) Hockett of House Springs, MO; sister, Jean (Clayton) Blough of Wichita; 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
