Loyd was born on Tuesday, August 10, 1948 in Harper, Kansas. He was the fifth of seven children born to Julian Louis Walter and Ethel Lee Boydston Walter.
Preceded by parents, Julian and Ethel (Boydston) Walter; siblings, Jerry & Gerald Walter, Connie Town, and Barbara Blanton; granddaughter, Kylie Hare. Survivors: children, Tonya (Justin) Garretson of Clearwater, Lorie (Eric) Taylor, Nathan (Erin) Walter, all of Norwich, Derrick Poe of Harper, Shayla (Mark) Depperschmidt of Wheatridge, CO; Jacob Walter of Harper; sisters, Joyce Hix of Shawnee, OK and Lois (Eddie) West of Wichita; 16 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.

Aileen was born on Thursday, January 10, 1929 in Ellworth, Kansas to her parents, William Alfred Maher and Ruth Helen (Lewick) Maher. She was united in marriage to Jack Herbert Lauterbach on August 12, 1947 in Conway Springs, Kansas. 

 

Preceded by parents, William and Ruth (Lewick) Maher; husband, Jack H. Lauterbach; great-grandchildren, Markel and Audrey. Survivors: daughters, Cecelia Costello, Cyndy Moody, Sue (Warren) Sallee, all of Wichita, Nancy Lauterbach of Seattle, WA; sister, Virginia Roberts of Wichita; 2 granddaughters she raised, Michelle Edwards of Wellington, and Jennifer Cheney of Wichita; grandchildren, Teresa Morrison, Mark Denham, Taylor Moody, Chaundra Moody, Justin Kessinger, Jeffrey Kessinger, Nikita Craig-Lauterbach; 16 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren. CHENEY- William Dale “Bill” Wulf, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017.

Bill was born on Tuesday, March 20, 1934 in Rural Cheney, Kansas to his parents, William H.R. Wulf and Elsie B (Huffman) Wulf. He was united in marriage to Beverly Ann Cantrell on December 20, 1953 in Cheney, Kansas. She preceded him in death on July 11, 2005. 

Preceded in death by his parents William Henry and Elsie Betty (Huffman) Wulf; wife Beverly Ann Cantrell; sister Donna Mae Broyles; and brother Stanley Wayne Wulf.  He is survived by children William Kent (Carla) Wulf, of Wichita, Elysia Ann (Robert) Wulf-Hentzen, Wichita, and Jill Elaine Wulf of Cheney; 14 grandchildren;  10 great-grandchildren;  sister Diane (Dean) Wulf-Crossmann of Cheney; and many nieces and nephews. He was united in marriage to Lottie Virginia Cook on June 20, 1949 in Wheeler, Texas. 

Preceded by his parents,  William McSwain and Mamie J. (Slatten) McSwain Reed; brothers, Russell and Dale McSwain, and Joe Reed; sisters, Flonnie Leslie, Myrtle Russell, and Dorothy Petachele. He is survived by wife, Stacie (Weber) and his sons, Nolan and Wyatt; his four sisters, Debbie (Bob) Van Meter of Andover, KS, Diane (Steve) Cotter of Wichita, KS, Bonnie (Mike) Alldritt of Harper, KS, and Donna (Cliff) Rogers of Derby, KS. 

 

 

Rosary service will be held at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Schulte/Wichita, Kansas on Friday, December 15th at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at the same location on December 16th at 10:30 am, with a burial service immediately following.
